About EMI Cal Hub

Calculator showing a monthly EMI with a loan breakdown chart

Who we are

EMI Cal Hub is an independent website that offers free financial calculators for loans, investments, tax and everyday money questions. We started with a simple EMI calculator and grew into a collection of tools that help people understand the real cost of borrowing and the real growth of their savings, before they sign anything or commit any money.

Our visitors come from many countries, which is why every calculator lets you choose your own currency and works with your local numbers, whether you are planning a home loan, comparing car finance offers, starting a monthly SIP or working out zakat.

Why we built this site

Most people take a loan knowing only one number: the monthly instalment. The total interest, the effect of a longer tenure or the value of a small prepayment often stay hidden. We believe that when people can see these numbers clearly, they make better and calmer decisions. Our goal is to make that clarity free and available to anyone with a phone or computer.

What you'll find here

  • Loan calculators – EMI, home loan, car loan, personal, education and business loans, mortgage, eligibility, prepayment and amortization.
  • Investment & savings calculators – SIP, lumpsum, compound and simple interest, FD, RD, retirement and inflation.
  • Tax, salary & everyday tools – income tax, GST and sales tax, salary converter, zakat, percentage, discount, currency converter and credit card payoff.

Each calculator comes with a plain-language guide that explains the formula, shows a worked example and shares practical tips, so you understand the result rather than just seeing a number.

How we keep results reliable

We build each calculator from the published formula, test it against hand-worked examples, and check edge cases such as zero interest or very short tenures. When a calculation depends on rules that change, like tax slabs, we let you enter the current values yourself instead of showing figures that could be out of date.

If you ever spot a mistake, please tell us. We read every message and correct errors quickly.

An important note

Our calculators are educational planning tools. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and results may differ from a lender's final figures because of fees, rounding or specific product terms. Please read our disclaimer, and speak to a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.
